Table Layout with DnD and Resizing

See also the TableGridLayout, which does not have a layout applied to the nodes in each cell and nor does it support collapsing/expanding each row and each column. Or the TableCellLayout, which additionally has a layout applied to the nodes in each cell and that supports collapsing/expanding each row and each column.
